Employ a full time Business Development Manager to oversee the operations of the Regional Business Women's Alliance.	1 2 3 4 5

One of the roles of the RBWA would be to create a sense of pride in a network of mentors offering support, friendship and business guidance. To do this it is imperative for us to understand the needs and wants of your geographic area / club.
